Elizabeth lost her dad and was staying with her mom. Her mom has no job and would get drunk and beat her and her siblings all the time. Elizabeth ended up on the street with her oldest sister Margaret where they found life was a little better than at home. Her older sister along with many other little girls protected Elizabeth. Her sister was like their mother. Elizabeth and her sister were found on the streets by Daniel and taken to Mirembe Girls Cottage for a better life of love, food, school, shelter, and bedding. Since coming to Mirembe, she has heard of the love of Jesus and now knows him personally! Elizabeth is now doing well in school and is such a bright little girl.
