Betty N
Born 2011
Betty and her sister Benita were in an abusive home. One day their mother went after the girls to kill them with a machete. Betty’s arm and nose were cut, and Benita was cut on her head and both her legs. The neighbors saw the girls and rushed them to the nearest emergency clinic for first aid. Benita spent the night in the hospital, but Betty was released. Both girls were taken to the police.
Today, both girls are doing very well! Their injuries are healing and they are happy and thriving with all of the other girls at Mirembe Cottage.
Betty’s younger sister is Benita Achom. Click here to read her story.
