Barbara and her sister Irene came to Mirembe as their mother was no longer able to care for them and their 6 other siblings. These sweet sisters are quite opposites, but they share the love for the Lord. Barbara has quite the personality always making jokes, and loves to laugh, Irene is a bit more reserved but such a strong girl, and a leader when needed. Their parents are believed to be in western Uganda. Their 6 siblings, also abandoned, live with a grandmother.
